The location of the apartment couldn't have been more perfect. In the center of Pula, it was close to anything cultural we wanted to do on foot, but also to a free parking lot for those longer trips. The apartment was also perfectly clean and perfect for such a stay. Couldn't have asked for better during my stay in Pula.

The property location was extremely scenic. The parking was extremely easy and free. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The staff could not have been nicer. The private spa experience really helped with aches and pains from a long road trip and was reasonably priced.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette).
