Beautiful house turned into an boutique hotel. The staff was very kind and accomodated all our needs including check-in at midnight and late check-out at 14:00. Breakfast and coffee was excellent. Very spacious room and nicely decorated. Good location; everything in Antigua is walking distance.

Stayed with a friend for 1 night in Antigua to rest after Acetanango hike and it was the perfect stay.
The owners are so kind, friendly and generous. The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were clean, there were towels and a fan provided and a tv with Netflix and Amazon prime. I also did a lot of laundry whilst I was there and it came back perfectly clean, dry and neatly folded for a great price.
Our room did have a lot of mosquitos in but the owner provided us incense to help.
The free breakfast was also really nice.

Very good location for the first or last nights in Guatemala before exploring other places. Mario - owner of the place very friendly and helpful.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.

Its a 10 plus minute walk from the main square. Its in a quiet street but convenient for many of the buses.

This is a very peculiar place - it's old inside out and full of antiques. What makes it remarkable is the hospitality that goes far beyond expectations. It's not easy to surprise a seasoned traveler, but the staff of Posada San Sebastian did it. They also provided plenty of tips on exploring the area with a budget and using local services. Needless to say that the location is top-notch, and the shared kitchen is added value for self-catering.
