The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from Agios Prokopios beach. This beach is amazing for swimming and you can also take a nice walk on the beach. There's also several shops and restaurants on the beachfront and walking distance from the hotel. There's a super market, filling station and bakery right next to the hotel. Our room was well furnished and spacious with 2 patio's and a washing line for wet swim wear.
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the bus stops every 20 min and takes you to Naxos town.

The location is amazing, just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and restaurants. Close to everything but on a quiet street. The pool is nice and clean. The owner is lovely and kindly helps with any and all questions. My room had a terrace facing towards the owners house and yard which not everyone may like but it made me feel like I was part of Greek life with all the greetings the family members told me when passing by. Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The villa is perfect, has all facilities and if you like almost a hotel service! The owner and his family are the best! Always willing to help, clean, provide new towels etc… we even got tomatoes and cucumber to make our own greek salad.
The location is perfect to visit the island. Most locations within a range of 15 to 30 minutes.
The location was good as we were 10 minutes to Mikri Vigla and 18 minutes to Naxos Town. I loved the fact that the villa was cleaned each day, with clean towels each day and linen changed every two days. I didn’t expect that. It was like having hotel service in your own villa. A private and beautifully decorated villa.
