We had a supermarket and a very good restaurant next to the building.

The landlord and staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They clean daily and change the bed lining every second day. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's a huge garden with beautiful flowers. Parking lot and a beautiful view of the sea. Nearby there's a supermarket too. Bring only a mosquito repellent or a refill.
Built amongst olive trees and roses, Takis Studios is 1.5 km from the famous Xamenos Beach in Skiathos.

These studios are immaculate and the bathrooms have recently been renovated to a very high standard and not the usual you would expect from Greece. Nice quiet location but close to the airport we landed picked up the hire car, nipped to the supermarket, checked in and sat on our balcony looking at our plane which was still at the airport.
You can hear the planes land and take off but this just lasts for less than a minute and just adds to the joy of knowing you are on holiday.
You will need a hire car as there is nothing close by the town is a good 15-20 minute walk. We did get a taxi back one night that cost €12 and apparently taxis to or from the airport are €15.
We would definitely return but you do need a hire car which does reflect on the price.
The Air Con was in on the price and the pool towels.

The location is great. The view is unique. The place is convenient, there is a bus stop right below it. A tavern and a very small beach are 200m away.
It's very clean. Towels are changed every other day and the entire apartment is cleaned. Bed linen is changed every 4 days.

Spotlessly clean, in a great location and Natasa was the perfect host. Home baked cake, bottle of wine and groceries on arrival. Apartment cleaned every day and coffee, water, clean towels and toiletries replenished. Super comfy bed, no street noise whatsoever and quiet air con too. Natasa was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 3 days. We are picky and this apartment was super fab. Thank you Natasa xx

My partner and I loved the fact that the beds were soooo comfy after a long week of ferries!
The little cafe onsite was a godsend in the morning for a quick coffee and croissant before our short walk into town.
Alkis the manager was super helpful with beach/restaurant recommendations and very accommodating.
Beautifully designed rooms and pool area.
One more thing was that bus stop 3 was only a one min walk away, where you can go to any beach or airport for very cheap!

Lilly, the host, was just great! we had clean apartment every single day. clean towels, made bed, kitchen was fully equipped- which is rare in self catering accommodation. she was very welcoming and very friendly. we even had a bottle of wine as welcome present. property is minutes from bus stop and there are many nice restaurants nearby.
