I was welcome by Lia n she handed me key n all the information I needed . Jacob called the driver to pick me up to the airport n sent me off at the door . This place was fantastic! Just a quick 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it offered a comfortable room with a cozy bed. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the volcano—absolutely majestic! Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Beautiful, comfortable studio with kitchenette in a great location (close to city center, shops, bus stop, restaurants). The personnel was lovely and gave us many good tips on where to eat, what to see. They really made us feel welcome.
The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed (minus staples like salt, sugar), including dishes, cutlery, water cooker, sandwich maker, dish detergent.
Next time we come to Santorini we will stay here as well, for us it was very close to perfection.

The entire place has a very clean, elegant and modern design (rooms, common pool, reception area, etc).
The surrounding area was quiet most of the time (and most importantly at night).
It felt very safe at the property especially since the reception area (also serving as an airlock between the outdoors and the suites) is locked at night and only guests are given keys.
The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the receptionist whose name I fail to remember right now - gave us great recommendations for restaurants, activities, transportation to/from the airport, etc.. and helped book them for us. We were treated nicely by everyone who worked at Cuore Santo and were welcomed to stay and use all common facilities and grounds after checking out until we could leave for our flight.
The room had enough space for both of us, but one thing we didn't like was the lack of a shower curtain (which looks nice and adheres to the overall design of the whole place, but was still a downside when it came to trying to contain the water from spilling out into the rest of the bathroom).
You will find everything you need during your stay - towels (for all purposes within the room, and beside the pool), a water kettle, a coffee machine (with a couple of pods), a small fridge complete with a small freezing compartment (and a complementary bottle of water), a lot of space for your clothes and belongings (including hangers, drawers, etc), basic toiletries, an on-demand iron for clothes (ask the receptionist), and more.
When we ran into the manager (or owner - I'm not entirely sure) on our last night, he was very nice and discussed and listened to our suggestions for small improvements seriously.

Incredible apartment hotel in the centre of Fira. Very comfy with modern facilities. The addition of the hot tub was amazing and the host Anna was super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is about a 10-15minute walk to Fira bus station and about a 10 minute (up hill) walk to the caldera. We would 100% stay here again!
The stuff if very nice and helpful. The place is very beautiful, clean, neat and has everything the one needs during a stay. This is a new apart hotel and you can feel how the owners try to please the guests and anticipate all their wishes. The location is near the center, but at the same time slightly off the main attractions, which is good since you can take a rest far from the boiling nightlife. It is pricey but worth the money.
Hotel service is very good, any need to get the first time to help. Conveniently located from the bus stop, the hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable and the environment is quiet. The room has a matching terrace and hot spring pool. Unfortunately, it is too cold to use it now. If I have the chance to come to Santorini with beautiful scenery, I will choose here again.

The sun loungers were the most comfortable I have ever been on. The place is spotless and everyone seems to take pride in their work.The self catering apartment was ideal for us. It was clean , comfy beds and within walking distance of Fira. I would highly recommend this place .
