This is a family operated business. Unbelievable customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay will be a wonderful experience. It's memory making at its finest! The staff are extremely attentive and responsive. The location is centrally located and the family will give you advice on restaurants that they have established a trusted relationship with. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptional. Costa, Mario and Tomas were friendly and helpful with information and really catered to every need whether it was late night pizza delivery, laundry or arranging tours and transfers. They even suggested a local sunscreen for me and it saved my skin. The breakfast was amazing. Generous portions and customized. Great fruit and omelets. The house keeping staff was also friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. We slept wonderfully in the beds and the bathrooms were spacious, clean and spa like. We appreciated everything. I liked the location of the property. It is well located, right in the center of Santorini, with a nearby bus stop. It was our best decision, I would say. When we arrived, there was a small decoration in the room. It was our honeymoon, and it made the experience extra special. The staff was really good. Sofia was very helpful, and Onil was a great help.

Incredible apartment hotel in the centre of Fira. Very comfy with modern facilities. The addition of the hot tub was amazing and the host Anna was super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is about a 10-15minute walk to Fira bus station and about a 10 minute (up hill) walk to the caldera. We would 100% stay here again!
The stuff if very nice and helpful. The place is very beautiful, clean, neat and has everything the one needs during a stay. This is a new apart hotel and you can feel how the owners try to please the guests and anticipate all their wishes. The location is near the center, but at the same time slightly off the main attractions, which is good since you can take a rest far from the boiling nightlife. It is pricey but worth the money.
Hotel service is very good, any need to get the first time to help. Conveniently located from the bus stop, the hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable and the environment is quiet. The room has a matching terrace and hot spring pool. Unfortunately, it is too cold to use it now. If I have the chance to come to Santorini with beautiful scenery, I will choose here again.

The sun loungers were the most comfortable I have ever been on. The place is spotless and everyone seems to take pride in their work.The self catering apartment was ideal for us. It was clean , comfy beds and within walking distance of Fira. I would highly recommend this place .
