This hotel is a real gem for many kinds of tourists. It offers visitors beautiful sights over the whole island but is still located in a very quiet neigbourhood that is yet to be found by larger crowds. The establishment is brand new and as Jenny said they are "very proud of their new building" and it shows. Rooms are very clean and Sanda from the Housekeeping is really thoughtful person. Special thanks to her for making our stay pleasant. Air conditioning in the room works like a charm and with the beautiful rooftop pool area it made our stay during the Greece's record hot temperatures enjoyable. Jenny from the Reception felt more like a local friend than a receptionist, who made sure our plans for the days spent in Santorini were the best possible. Since this hotel is located in Pyrgos village high up in the mountains it might not be the best possible place transportwise for everyone. We still actually found it really really easy to go around the island by local busses but this is something one has to be toughtful of. Pyrgos village main square bus stop (which serves the Fira-Perissa line) is located 600m from the hotel and Santo Wines bus stop (which serves the Akrotiri-Fira, Perissa-Fira Express and Ferry Port-Fira lines) is located 1200m from the hotel (keep in mind that this is downhill from the hotel to the bus stop). You'll not be located in the noisiest city but if you want to visit those larger cities it is not too hard even by those local busses. Just know that the timetables for local busses are just guiding at most. Sometimes we went from hotel to the other side of the island in less than an hour and once we had to wait for an hour at Pyrgos bus stop before bus arrived. And of course you can bypass this minor locational inconvenience by renting a car.

Everything from the breakfast to the views was perfect. The staff was super friendly and always willing to recommend the best activities around. The location of the Suites is perfect, they offer great privacy from other members and also from the outside. Perfect place to also watch the sunset, everything was outstanding. Loved everything, from the check-in experience to the sleep at night, all our needs were met and more! Our room was beautiful and the heated pool was perfect. The staff were so kind and accommodating to us. We got a bottle of wine in our room and this was a lovely touch alongside a welcome plate of food! Everything seemed personal and well thought out.

This charming accommodation had a fully equipped small kitchen with a dining table, TV and a private bathroom with a shower. I enjoyed complimentary bath amenities and a hairdryer. The WiFi signal is strong, ensuring a seamless connection. The room service was exceptionally friendly and the price was excellent. Additionally, there was a courtyard where I could relax and unwind. 100% I'll return.

Everything about our stay was incredible, I don't think there is anything that could be improved. The property was very clean, comfortable, private and the jacuzzi was amazing. Our hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting with any queries we had, including food recommendations and places to visit. everything in this place was amazing from the poor to the separate rooms, and a very amazing host who checked on us every morning to make sure everything was okay sending in the teenagers for when we need them and recommending places to go when we needed places to go ,it was easy to access restaurants to get taxis around there all the amusements

Fantastic! We got upgraded to a better room that was really amazing! Full of light, nicely decored and really comfortable. The attention and service are a great bonus, we got basic groceries that were refilled everyday. The village is charming and the location of the apartment is great as is next to the bus stop.

Excellent place to chill and enjoy the the view but the most i like is support and guidance from Theodor he help us from explain every thing about the island the best company for rent car or book sailing trip even he help us to got a better table in restaurant that we booked earlier
