We spent a lovely week here and everything was perfect. The hospitality and generosity shown to us from Dimitra, our host, was genuine, warm and exceptional. Of the many places we have stayed on the Greek islands, this was certainly one of the best, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Our apartment was modern, well-designed and very comfortable. It's located in a lovely part of Petra village, far enough away from the summer crowds, but a few minutes walk to everything. There's a lovely bakery a few steps away, and a mini mart just along the road for easy access to provisions. Although our apartment was on the ground floor, there's a delightful shared courtyard garden, and Dimitra was happy for some other family members to come and visit us whenever they chose to. It was a spotlessly clean room, there was a coffee machine and Starbucks capsule coffee. Perfect for morning coffee. The owner was a sweet lady, she immediately solved a problem we had during check-in. The furniture is brand new.

We loved the location, very quiet with lovely views of mountains and the church. The beach, shops, tavernas and cafes were just 5 minutes' walk away.
The rooms are compact but practical, bed was comfy . They are basic rooms so if you want full on luxury this isn't the place for you. Traditional in style, there is a very small place to prepare food and drinks if required. There is a tabletop hob but we found it impractical to use as there isn't sufficient space to work but here is a fridge and kettle and some storage so breakfast and snacks are absolutely fine, and there's a table and chairs on the balcony to eat.
Shower room is traditional shower curtain but water is lovely and hot and pressure always good.
Rooms are cleaned regularly.
Nice, quiet pool for swimming and chilling (we went mid September, would be much busier in mid summer)

Beautiful large apartment equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Breathtaking views from the apartment balcony. The infinity pool was amazing as were the hosts. The food was so tasty and generous. We had such a wonderful relaxing stay here and will most definitely be back.
