Loved the location best thing about this property. The property is quite old now and defo requires some attention, bathrooms were not great and let the property down we all thought. The apartments do look dated now and defo are in need of modernisation. John and Oscar who work there are fab and helped us massively esp with our car hire to big shout out to them thank you.

Phevos Villas was a perfect getaway in Perissa. The family hosting the hotel was super friendly, helpful, and honest. This will be our number one choice on any upcoming trips to Santorini. The hotel serves great snacks, cold drinks for hot days, has great rooms, and amazing pool area.

Close to the beach, bus stop and restaurants. Nice and clean. Staff (Jacob) was friendly and very helpful. He left us know about restaurants and the bus schedule. I He even brought me my money belt to the ferry when I accidentally left it in the room. Nice pool but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Popi and her father, are amazing hosts. The property is just 4-5 mins walk from Fira bus station and easy to locate. Very close to the Fira main market. Clean room and 1.5 ltr welcome drinking water. Nektarios is extremely sweet and polite and helped us in every way to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend this property.

Hotel is gorgeous, especially the chill zona around the pool and this looks like in pictures. We highly apreciate that we came quite early in the morning (cause of the early flight) and we could already rest by the pool and were even invited for a breakfast. Same leaving the hotel in the afternoon after check out - they offered us a bathroom for guests with a shower and fresh towels. Thats really nice gesture.
Even though we are late sleepers they always contacted us from reception what time we would like to have the room cleaned so it fits our schedule and doesnt bother us.

Incredible place with magnificent ambience and stuff. I have never seen such a hotel service before. They treat each guest with exceptional warmth as if you were in the family and you realise that you are very welcomed. Big hugs to a hotel manager Katerina who is not only a great organiser, but also a very welcoming soulful person. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s extremely beautiful and the rooms are very clean and nice as in the photos as if you were in a Mama Mia movie musical. 10 of 10!
A small apartment hotel, pretty and very comfortable. The pool just a few metres away and the beautiful beach just across the road! Panos and Rosa looked after us so well! They were absolutely wonderful people!!
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Exceptionally clean. If there was any item you needed for self catering that was not already provided just ask and they supply it for you. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful to us, she swiftly organised car hire for us when we were having issues with the company we booked with due to our flight being delayed.
The pool was beautiful and I saw it being cleaned every day. Approximately 15 minute walk to beach and restaurants.
Location is 5 mins from a beautiful black sand beach lined with several restaurants. The room we stayed in was clean and large enough for all your self catering needs. Perfect for a family of 3. The owner Irene is very helpful and very friendly.
The property is right on the beach and the view from our studio was amazing!!! The studio had a lovely separate kitchen and bathroom with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The host was attentive and very friendly 😊
brand new house located on the beach. Restaurants and beach clubs are at walking distance. parking is also included. The host is very nice and always willing to help. Although this is not a hotel, they provide hotel-like sevices: every day cleaning, while the sheets and towels are changed every other day. The internet is very good.
Phevos Villa is in a stunning location with incredible views. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a self catering break. The beach, bars and restaurants are all only a short walk away but Phevos has its own pool bar which is perfect for an afternoon drink or nightcap. This is the second time we have stayed there but it won't be our last.

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, as well as to supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
The manager is really nice and helpful, and helped us to book transport from the airport and to the ferry port, rent a car, she also gave us a lot of useful information about attractions on the island.
