Pick up from the ferry was much appreciated. The view was beautiful. All the amenities of the room were well thought out. The studio was delightful and the staff were very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! Katerini gave us a warm welcome with wine and sweets. Even though the official check-in was later, we were able to access our room around 11:30 AM.
The highlight was definitely the terrace view and the short stroll to the beach and taverns. It’s the perfect spot if you prefer not to walk much every day and enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Plus, the bus stop to Skala is conveniently close if you ever want a bit more activity.
The room was cleaned daily, and even the dishes we left for later were washed while we were at the beach.

Patmos is already a wonderful island. But staying at Nicolas Studios made this trip even more amazing. Nico and his family are very sweet, friendly and caring. Nico surprised us every morning with fruit from the garden and eggs from the coop. When we didn't have a car, he gladly took us everywhere we wanted to go. He was very interested not only in us but also in everyone who stayed. We are very lucky and happy to know Nico and his family and to stay here. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible.

Very clean hotel with very clean rooms. You don't get that good house keeping in every hotel in Greek Islands. Theo is a friendly manager, always on his duty even early in the morning.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Well decorated and very well equipped studio with a lovely patio. Comfortable beds, super friendly and attentive hosts with whom we had useful and prompt communication.
Self-catering with "support": we have found all we needed for a nice breakfast, and not only a welcome drink but also a cake on our second day, oh such a sweet touch!
Last but not least, we have been offered free pick ups since you better be shown your way, not required but very much appreciated.
