The room was very clean, we had 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, a jacuzzi, 2 terraces, and a small kitchen with a freezer-refrigerator. Every room have a huge Tv. Every day they clean the rooms, very friendly staff, the breakfast is super complete and delicious, there is a private parking for the car, the pool is very clean and beautiful. In the evening the lights are perfect and give a good atmosphere, inside the room and outside the building and pool-area.

Room was clean, they cleaned every day if you want it and change the towels. Breakfast was okay (eggs, fruit, pastries, cookies, ham, sausages,..). Location is in quiet area, supermarket and beach are one minute away. We had free sunbeds at Sarti premium beach bar. Parking is on the street, we always had free place. Center is about 15 minutes away on foot, but you can go by car and park at public parking in front of a large supermarket. Everything was great. 😊

Words fail me to express how marvellous my time spent at Katy's House was. Everything was perfect! Maria and her mother are the kindest hosts one can imagine. The place is a self catering ground floor apartment with anything necessary for a short or long stay. I will definitely return, Neas Marmaras is a dream come true!
