This is a family operated business. Unbelievable customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay will be a wonderful experience. It's memory making at its finest! The staff are extremely attentive and responsive. The location is centrally located and the family will give you advice on restaurants that they have established a trusted relationship with. The pool is amazing with great lounge chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the overall property feels like a beautiful paradise. And it’s 1 street over from beachfront bars, restaurants, and water excursions which may have been the best part.

The property was amazing! The customer service exceeded all expectations. Above and beyond any hotel we have ever stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful with the option of having it delivered to your room or on their outdoor restaurant. They Provided a nice bottle of wine, fruit and a beach bag upon arrival. The room had a spectacular view of the caldera. The hotel kept in contact with us via WhatsApp to see if there was anything they could do for us at any time including arranging car service pickup anywhere on the island. We also enjoyed a day at their sister Hotels gorgeous pool located on the beach near Kamari which is included in the booking. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.

We had 5 nights at AVAL All Suite Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional and beyond our expectations. Delicious breakfast was served in your room and everything was clean and supplies always full. The team was available to help us with things to do in santorini and also Restorant and site to visit. I recommend highly for anyone who plan to visit Santorini.
Everything. The apartment was modern, high spec, well equipped, clean and bright. Had everything you would need. Well located for self catering and sight seeing. Myrto was an excellent host and did everything she could to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. Was contactable long before we arrived and was very helpful with taxi bookings etc. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
AVAL All Suite Hotel was such a beautiful place. Everything was exactly like the pictures if not even better. All the staff went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Getting around was every easy without an ATV with the bus stop only 5 mins away from the place.
I would highly recommend staying here and will be sure to come back on the next visit to Santorini!!
