Wow what a fabulous place - for a start the owners greeting was just lovely and he gave so much help and information.
The room was huge as was the balcony from both lounge and bedroom. Clean and comfortable and super shower pressure. The location is right next to ferry port and on beach for all the restaurants - the cafe next door does the best coffee!

Big room with a small kitchen and a small bathroom. Bonus point was the balcony as i am a smoker and i like to have a place dedicated for this. The room was having air conditioning which is a must in Greece. Also we had everything we needed in the small kitchen, like a fridge a small electric stove, a kettle, utensils and a small sink.
The location was pretty quiet, but a bit far from the beach. The staff was super nice and the accommodation had free parking lots and a bike rental option. They also had a small terrace where they served drinks or food near the pool. In the reception you could also find cold drinks and some snacks.

Very comfortable apartment hotel which was a short walk (~15 minutes) to the main bus station of Kos. All amenities were available in the room and our room had a new bathroom and overall was very clean. Overall a great stay made extra special by the hospitality of the the owner Pete - who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - the best hostility we have ever had.
Small aparthotel with large apartments, lovely pool and fantastic staff. Bar open most of the day & evening offering bar snacks and a good variety of drinks. Location is good, in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the busy centre.

Everything we needed & more for a comfortable & enjoyable stay at this well-appointed apartment hotel overlooking the harbour & right next to the beach. Paris & his hardworking team were delightful, truly the host with the most! We were sad to leave.
The aparthotel is clean, the rooms are spacious (ours had 2 large sofas) the air con worked well, and as others have said, it's a great location for places to eat, the harbour, and the sights of Kos town, and a good base from which to come and go.. The lady on reception in the morning is very helpful. They cleaned our room even though we were only there 2 nights, which was unexpected. They had a map of the city free for guests. It was fine for our needs.
Self catering apartment, but small touches like coffee and sugar etc were provided and much appreciated. Very spacious apartment. This meant that even though we were two couples travelling together we had our own space and privacy.
The location is killer central and the apartment spacious and clean. Features a full kitchen for those planning a long vacation in Kos. The beds were comfy and the aparthotel renovated.
This is a Self Catering Apartment with all the modern amenities you will ever need. The host Giannis has done a wonderful job on the this accommodation, it is bright exquisitely decorated, spotlessly clean and in a superb area of Kos with restaurants, bars, shops and lovely cobbled backstreets.
The location is perfect, a short walk from Kos centre, with lots of coffee and bread shops nearby. It is also very quiet, and plenty of free parking. Brand new, everything in pristine condition, great for self catering, with ground floor access.
The interaction of the staff,, owner,, was exceptional, and always available to help if needed. Places like this are truly hard to come by.
