Great location! We had the Ammos Penthouse and Suite Melli for our group. I actually stayed in the penthouse and loved the balconies and views of the water. Suite Melli was spacious and nice but the view was just okay. There are many suites with different views. The property is nice, the gardens and pool beautiful and relaxing. We loved walking right across to the beach. They provide chairs for the beach, there is shade under the trees. Walking distance to a decent taverna, there are some really great ones in Sami nearby. Walked to Meillisani Lake and to a fab bakery with smoothies, coffee, etc. Ammos Penthouse was very large and comfortable for our group.

The balcony situated on the opposite side of the water was lovely , bringing breezy fresh air from the pine trees.
A two minute walk to the water/Aghia Effimia little port, with access to bakeries, tavernas, bars, medical center and pharmacy. Management ( Makis and wife) are very nice, friendly and helpful.

The hosts husband and wife Kimon and Nora were so kind and cared that each guest was having the best time. We really appreciated their genuine warmth and kindness. Upon arrival there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers in our room as we are celebrating our honeymoon! It was so special and made me so appreciative. Zoe at the pool bar was also lovely. The room was beautiful, modern and most importantly efficient!! Shower pressure was fabulous and beautiful rain shower head. We had blue tile in ours and it was so pretty. Plenty of mirrors. Our first hotel we stayed at didn’t have a full body mirror so I figure worth mentioning-you’d be surprised at the little things that make a big difference when you are making a little home away from home while you vacation. Full-size bed was comfy, slept well every night. The view from the room was incredible. A beautiful sloping mountain into the sea. Both day and night we enjoyed gazing and taking in kefalonia’s beauty from our cute balcony. Umbrella was provided so when the sun was too hot we had shade on our balcony and could still enjoy. Very thoughtful! The pool area is aesthetically pleasing and so lovely to have your breakfast (fresh delicious & great quality) and later take a dip. I enjoyed the pool a few mornings before we went out to explore later in the day. I really appreciated the little details - everything was so cute & well thought out. Bravo!!! Thank you for a beautiful time.

These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Very well organised,very clean and equipped with everything you need for self catering. The hosts are very polite and nice.
