It is just a perfect place to stay.
- The location is good.
- The staff (and the john cousins), breakfast, and pool are amazing!
- Music fits very well in the background.
- breakfast includes many options with a couple of them changing every day. It also includes many local foods.
Anyone who says - "Breakfast was mediocre", needs to evaluate their taste to be honest.

The property is relative new and has all you need. Great style and quality of the rooms. The hosts are great and will support you in anything you need. They brought some local products to taste, from the farm itself. They also have a short list of recommended places and restaurants to see in the neighbourhood. If you like to be in a local and quite farm-like place with all the beaches nearby and with a luxury room, can highly recommend.

The woman who checked me in was funny and friendly and spoke perfectly German. The appartment as such is ok. They refunded me the amount luckily immediately.

The room was well equipped (lots of cupboard space), very good shower and kept very clean. The elevated position gives a nice view from the balcony. The grounds are well kept and lush with natural vegetation. The pool is in a nice setting and a good size - very comfortable to spend time there although shade can be a bit limited at certain times of the day. There are no on-site facilities such as bar or restaurant/cafe (which makes for a quiet ambience) but good supermarkets are very close by, as is Gialova itself which is only a 10 minute walk. There is no reception as such but a contact number for any queries and Thanos is very responsive - both with queries beforehand and with booking taxis, airport transfers etc. This is not a hotel, but for self-catering, no frills accommodation would not hesitate to receommend.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
