The hotel is very nice, well located (near to some restaurants and the center of Kissamos). There is a nice pool, balcony and air conditioning. The staff is also very nice.
You can find plenty of parking spots in front of the building.
I forgot a jacket in the room and I noticed it only after some days. The staff promptly delivered it to my home address.

Ps. The location is also great, 15 min to Falassarna beach ( our favorite ), 45 min to Chania, 5 min to Kissamos port for boat trips to Balos.

Breakfast was excellent outside with a beautiful view. Great location with easy drive to the beach and the owners are so nice, helped with recommendations. Private area outside to dry clothing. A/C worked well.

Dimitrus our hostess was so lovely, caring and knowledgeable answering any questions we had! Delicious breakfast included with the room, we really enjoyed it! The pool area and gardens are very nice as well as the bar. We visited the area to go to Balos Lagoon via ferry which was wonderful and this villa is very close to where we were catching the ferry. Also since it is up on a hill overlooking the bay, the views are breathtaking!! This is a very relaxing retreat from the busy world, just loved it and highly recommend!
