This really is the perfect place to stay in Ermioni, near all the restaurants and walking distance from the port.
The room was big enough, quiet, safe and super clean with a very comfy bed. Never felt more comfortable in a room.

What an absolute treat to stay at this lovely hotel! Everything was so wonderful from the location, the room, the breakfast and the exceptional owners and staff. I wished our stay was longer and it was so hard to leave. Spetses is a beautiful island full of flowers and very good restaurants, bars and shops. A boat trip around the island is a MUST as some of the inaccessible beaches are so beautiful. This feels like an unspoiled and authentically Greek island with so much charm.

By far the best thing about this hotel was the food. I have to say that I loved that it was so accessible, having a working kitchen until 22:00, and that there was a big menu to choose from (from pasta to burgers to traditional Greek souvlaki, pita gyro and Greek salad). All this was very enjoyable in the cool breeze under the shade next to a very nice pool. The value for these rooms was amazing. I have to admit that I expected much worse for the price we paid, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning crew came once every day, except if we told them we didn't need anything, and we always got fresh clean new towels. The hotel was at an equal distance from the old and new port (around 15 mins walking from each). On top of all of this, we were, of course, picked up at the port, on time, by a small van to take us straight to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget, or even greek island hoppers staying 1-2 days on each island.

Nice apartment, it is not as advertised a house and the nice owners are living on the top floor. There is a nice outdoor area shared with the other rental unit just outside your door. Very good efficient A/C, good fridge and freezer and the kitchen has most things you need for self catering.
