Fabulous location with balcony overlooking sea front. good communication with host for check in etc as i arrived late, so met him the next morning to settle everything. Very clean, adequate basic kitchen facilities, great shower, and comfortable and so close to fabulous restaurants on the seafront and everything. Lovely town, beach on other side, and bus service to Chania. Fabbbb ....

It was lovely, new and fresh. I would stay again. Short walk to town.
Check in was at 2pm and checkout at 11am. Perhaps checkout can be extended a little so that you can at least have 24 hours at the property.

Harris Studios was a pleasure to stay at in mid November.
The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful with advice provided throughout my stay, and were themselves a pleasure to talk to. I also extended my stay with them after an easy discussion.
The room, facilities and adjoined cafe worked together perfectly. The property, being situated just outside of the centre of town, made for a very peaceful stay in Palaiochora, with the added bonus of a small beach close by and being blessed with some beautiful sunrises!

It was a great apartment with two balconies and everything you need for a stay. Only few steps from the sea and different bars, restaurants but still very quiet and perfect to relax.

We loved staying at Maria Villas, in such a transquil rural spot in the mountains but only a short drive to the north coast and about 30 mins from the beaches of Falassarna. The views were stunning especially from our terrace and the pool area. Breakfast was excellent, with plentiful fruit and pastries and varied cooked option each day. Our host Dimitra was so welcoming and helpful. We slept very well in the comfortable king size bed and our bedroom was a good size and with a large roof terrace. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore the surrounding countryside
