We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, with a balcony (actually, two - since both the living room and the bedroom have one) boasting amazing views of the Ionian sea and the surrounding mountains and nature.
The apartment itself is specious, clean and very well equipped; there is also a pool and a BBQ in the garden.
Finally, the host, Ioannis, was there for any assistance we needed, and he and his mother made our stay in beautiful Corfu very pleasant. We will gladly visit this place again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment overall, with a few minor inconveniences. The location is absolutely unbeatable – the sea is just 20 meters away, making it perfect for anyone looking for easy beach access. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and pubs nearby, which really added to our experience. A special shoutout goes to Mr. Nico, the barman at one of the local pubs, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. His service truly stood out and made our evenings memorable. However, we did encounter an issue with the lock on our apartment door. It got stuck and needed to be changed. Unfortunately, even after the replacement, we continued to have trouble getting in and out of the apartment. The problem was eventually solved, but we did experience some inconvenience during our stay because of this. Overall, it was a lovely experience with some minor hiccups, and we’d still recommend it for its fantastic location, great breakfast, and the warm hospitality from people like Mr. Nico!

The views is excellent. As it was the last night of our holiday we decided to stay at the location and have dinner there. Food was very good!

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Beautiful setting, stunning apartment with lovely balcony and views, very friendly family owners and fantastic pool. Breakfast was an added bonus and the apartment was cleaned every 2 days.
We loved our stay in this special aparthotel and we loved exploring Corfu by bus. Many thanks to the family. We didn't want to leave.
Very nice accommodation in Barbati. Amazing views from the balcony and very nice & cosy setting. Ideal to enjoy the beautiful Barbati beach and the amenities nearby (a few nice restaurants, bakery and a supermarket just down the road). Having a mini kitchen is also handy if you would like to do (semi) self catering. Also good location to drive around the other nice beaches, esp. in the north east. Definitely recommended!
It's a lovely hotel with a great view to the sea. It has a nice pool with an excellent bar, which also serves snacks like club sandwiches and burgers (I can definitely recommend the burgers!). The breakfast is plentiful and offers everything from greek salad, fresh fruits to cereals. The room was decent and we also had a balcony to enjoy the sunset. The hotel service was always very friendly and helpful. They even fulfill special requests (in my case it was a birthday cake).
All in all, we really enjoyed the stay at Pantokrator!
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, the Owner Vasiliki, couldn't have been more welcoming and was always around asking if we needed anything. I totally recommend this apartment for travellers wanting a self-catering apartment that is close to everything, shops, beach, bars and restaurants which are all of excellent quality.It was one of the best holidays we have had and we will certainly be back again in the future.
We had a fantastic time staying at the Aparthotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the apartment was perfect for our group's needs. It was very good value for money and we'd love to come back. The pool was excellent and the location was good too, as was the air conditioning. The view from the balcony was stunning!
Family run. Such lovely people always willing to help with anything. Both apartments were large and amazingly clean. Great beds and I’ve never seen such a clean swimming pool. Fab to have breakfast and we could top up our self catering with snacks and drinks from the very reasonable bar. Really, they were the nicest apartments we have stayed in.
