The apartment is very new and all items are very new. It is very clean. Sheets and towels were spotless clean. Manolis is very helpful and kind person. There was free sandwich, biscuits, water, tea coffee in the room. Location is very close to city centre and port. I would definitely recommend Data Otel.

My girlfriend Mona and myself booked this apartment for our 14 night stay in Chios. On arrival from the airport we were greeted by George who welcomed us to the Seafront Studios and Apartments. George explained where things can be found in these apartments and even spent some time with us showing us a map of places we should visit and that was really nice to know.
George showed us to our room and Wow it was a perfect large room, very clean and a great balcony view overlooking the sea. Just perfect. Thanks 10/10
Topakas House is set in a traditional mansion in Kambos, surrounded by fragrant citrus trees. Its rooms have access to the stone-paved courtyard. The beach is at 800 metres.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
A beautiful apartment in a beautiful village. We were upgraded to a room with a small balcony looking out over the hills towards Anavatos. Clean and comfortable and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering (although there are good restaurants in the village too).
