Beautiful apartment! I just want to thank the owner for accommodating and helping us. <3 The apartment is tidy, warm, and kitchen is well equipped (utensils, stove, kettle, microwave). Plus its near to restaurants, cafe, SPAR supermarket, and a 2-3 minutes away from the ski area. We can't wait to be back here next season! :)

We had a fantastic experience with my family. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ski lifts are within walking distance, and a delicious restaurant, ski rentals, and the ski depot are also in the same building. The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact.

Generally the property is for more people as we were. We booked it for 5 people but finally were 3 only. As we are good friends and colleagues, for 3 people this option was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. Also two bathrooms - one in each floor was good enough. Living room and kitchen corner was great enough for breakfast and some vine evenings. At first we thought that apartment is far from the center and the lifts, but in fact it was perfect distance - no more than 7 - 10 minutes to walk. New Gudauri is a small village and everything is easily reachable on foot. But - and what is important - we were not disturbed by the noise of night life, we also didn't hear the neighbors (something our colleagues in other accommodations complained about). There was a beautiful view from the window. Very prompt and constructive communication with the manager. As a summary - we liked everything very much! Thank You!

A really nice sized 1 bed apartment (bedroom plus living room). The location is also one of the best (although not much of a view). Its literally 5 min walk from the Gondola, in the same building as the main ski shop (one of the few places you can buy gear), and 3 min walk to the main supermarket and ATM.
Everything is in good working order so we were able to be fully self catering when we wanted to be.
We had breakfast and dinner and the food was very tasty and home-like. The hostel offered free shuttle to the ski lifts. Staff was really friendly and helpful (including the cute big white fluffy dog guarding the house). Fireplace added some extra coziness during the winter evenings.
It was such a modern aparthotel, fully modern and everything was so new there. Our stay was very nice. The host was very kind and all bed linens and bathroom was just really clean. I will often visit the same place next time.
