We had booked to stay for two nights last weekend however we were told at short notice about a “leakage” however on the first night despite flights booked we were willing to let it stand however despite all the time in the world on the second night we booked they once again cancelled our room without no alternative not even a re location - absolutely shocking and zero care wouldn’t recommend a lot more better places in the toon that actually care that you’ve spent money to go up there

The pictures do.not do this rental justice. It was far better. It is not large but it felt spacious. The kitchenette was perfect. The hosts could not have been more pleasant and attentive. I felt welcome immediately and will 100% be coming back.

The location was ideal for our stay, The town centre was a short walk through a beautiful park 2 mins from the accommodation and 10 minute walk from the venue we were attending on the second day, also a very friendly local shop on the corner as it was self catering. The Kitchen was well equipped and the shower was fantastic

The location is perfect for the beach and convenient for other places. I love how friendly, helpful and accommodating the owners are, and the help with my luggage was particularly appreciated. The fridge and microwave in the room is an excellent addition for self catering.

This is a great place to stay if you want self contained, self catering accommodation close to Seaham. The hosts and staff at the Albion were lovely, warm and welcoming. Brilliant Sunday roast too, only £10 per head, excellent!
