这个酒店离市中心走路十分钟位置，我认为你不需要Uber，房间的暖气非常棒，以至于我都不需要被子，很安全，有电梯，有门禁卡，有监控，大厅还有一个儿童的娱乐玩耍的角落。唯一的不完美是床太软，但是也许因为我是40岁的男人，如果年轻人，应该不会介意，前台的服务员超赞，服务态度非常好，非常善良，愿意帮助任何人，特别是Wendy and Omar and Dhaimy（manager）他们是所有人里面最最最阳光 最有笑容 和友善的员工，我非常感谢和喜欢她们。我也希望有这样优秀的员工在我的公司工作。 I like this hotel very much. Everyone at the reception is very welcoming and warming , when we first came to the hotel they offered all my children even myself cookies and they are always willing to help. The rooms are very neat and clean. There’s a lounge area with free lemonade, tea, and coffee. When they knew I had 3 children they provided a great amount of generous help and provided a more comforting room for us. Especially these three Staf; Wendy and Omar and Dhaimy(manager). They were like the warmth of sun reaching me in a cold winter night. I should also mention that there’s an area within the lounge where they provide lots of books and toys etc. for children which helped me a lot during mornings and nights. The hotel is very close the town square, it’s about a 10 minute walk and I personally like to walk there because it takes the same time in a uber because of the traffic. My son accidentally slightly injured his head while showering and the staff were very concerned about him and they took the situation very seriously, I would even say the took it more serious than me. They provided a free ride and sent us to a hospital. If I come back to Birmingham again they will most definitely be my first choice and I will of course my recommending them to my friends.
