Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Location is excellent. So close to the beach and shops etc. Dunes view had everything we needed. Kitchen contains everything needed for a self catering holiday. Bathroom although compact was user friendly and shower was very good. Lounge well equipped with TV, WiFi and enough seating space and bedrooms comfortable and airy.
Location perfect for Perranporth beach and great location for travelling around Cornwall. Designated parking space so no concerns with parking.
Location is ok. Double bed mattress a bit uncomfortabls but acceptable. All self catering facilities in the chalet are good and a very large fridge freezer. Shower was hot and plenty of water pressure
Beautiful sea view apartment. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a self catering stay. Allowed 1 dog (2nd dog accepted by direct enquiry). Parking available outside of property. 5 min walk to town and beach. Hosts were lovely. Greeted on arrival and helped us find keys. Had good knowledge of the area and recommended us a nearby area to excercise dogs. Highly recommended. Would stay again.
Self catering mobile home, everything you needed to use was provided. Quiet location, decking and chairs provided (though we didn't use them as wet weather). Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.
