Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Lovely spacious comfortable apartment with everything you could need for a self catering stay. Thoughtful welcome pack in the kitchen which was much appreciated. Located perfectly for scooting out with Milo(the dog) either onto the coastal path or the fantastic Fistral Beach with it`s bar and eateries. Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away, centre of Newquay 10 mins stroll. And gated access to allocated parking!. 9 Bredon Court ticked all our boxes and Newquay is very dog friendly if you want to take pooch with you for a drink or something to eat.
The caravan was large, clean and with all the amenities you would need for self-catering - nice touch with the mini washing up liquid etc to get you started on arrival.
Due to being out of holiday season not all of the advertised activities were laid on. We won the quiz (wahoo) and were given the option of a bottle of Prosecco or activity, we chose the latter and ended up doing Archery with Jade which was brilliant.
The location is close to Newquay and an easier base to travel further afield e.g Padstow, port Isaac
The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Very clean, great decor, quiet and had everything you would need for a great self-catering break. Very good location in short walking distance to Newquay and everything it has to offer.
This self catering property was in an very peaceful location, during my 2 x night stay I saw Deer/Fox/Woodpeckers/ Jay's and Chickens. Brilliant Property
Owner very helpful & friendly. The caravan had everything you need for a self-catering stay. The site was well-kept with a good facilities. 15 mins walk to Porth beach & spectacular cliffs & Iron Age site.
