Young lady on reception was wonderful - she recognised it was a special occasion for us and chose a specific room on the top floor that overlooked the wheel - very comfy room with all you need for a stay - everyone we met at the hotel greeted us and dealt with us brilliantly. Even to my wife meeting me at breakfast - although she didn't want any, after it had been started to clear. A member of the team came and asked if they could get her some breakfast - really great customer service.

The apartment was very nice. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location. Only thing I'd advise people is to bring ear plugs for sleeping. The windows are single glazed and the sound from outside is very clear. It's on I'd your or partying and have had a few drinks to help out you to sleep but if you're there for business then definitely bring ear plugs.

I am an old customer and I always use this aparthotel. However, this time the room and the sheets are overused and the cleanness of the apartment can be considered as a 2 star hotel. The only thing that I like is the location.
Our stay at Staycity Aparthotels was great. We stayed over for only 1 night for our daughter (5yo) to have her bday in the city. The room was spotless, bed very comfortable and the kitchen appliances/amenities were above and beyond. We had the self serve breakfast and the choice was great. Our daughter especially liked the pancake maker. A special shout out to 1 member of staff on the front desk, Lidia. She was amazing with our daughter and very friendly, and she made our stay very enjoyable.

The Aparthotel is well located in the centre of the city and near the train station. All the staff I had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The room was very clean and well-decorated. It was also very quiet for a city centre location.
