Cannot find too many faults at all. Only being there 1 night it was a fantastic studio apartment in a great location. Value for money most definitely and great wee touch with items for breakfast. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the region

Location and excellent value for money. Well appointed apartments however I had some issues. The iron did not work and neither did the shower. Clearly service department not doing their jobs. I called the number provided 4 times and got absolutely nowhere in fact one operator I spoke to ( they were in London) really couldn’t be bothered asking me to call her back, when I did the call was disconnected after listening to music for ages. There are no onsite staff to deal with issues

This was a lovely room for me and my partner on our year anniversary. We’re a younger couple that aren’t into the partying of Glasgow and Edinburgh, but prefer a more niche location like this aparthotel.
Everything was sparkling clean, the smart TV was so handy and the shower was something out of a spa! Heated flooring as well in the bathroom.

Hotel was very central to Linlithgow Palace and the Loch. Train station is 5 mins walk so easy to get to Edinburgh as trains are very regular. Amenities are great. Self catering breakfasts with plenty of options. Staff welcoming and helpful. Parking is secure. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Beautifully restored 1800's court house. All suites, great beds, modern baths with heated floors. Appointed kitchen area and dining seating. Staff was fabulous at check in. Great location walking distance to Palace and nearby shopping and Pubs. Protected car park.

Fantastic location for travelling in and out of Edinburgh by train, very easy and not expensive, leaving the car in the car park at Court Residence. The serviced apartment exceeded our expectation enormously, the bathroom was fabulous and huge! Really lovely touch updating the complimentary 'breakfast' supplies each day. Can't rate it highly enough.
