I loved the building refurbishment..outside and inside.
All the work inside was quality…the finishing was excellent.
The room/apartment decor was done to a very high standard with good quality fittings.
Everything that you would need for a longer stay was supplied.
I loved the choice of shower heads again all the bathroom products were of good quality and worked well.

The flat was excellent! A perfect location near to the train station and central town - everything was easily walkable. The flat itself is decorated beautifully, perfectly clean and makes great use of the space, a lovely little spot to stay in. Lots of thoughtful kitchen items included too to help with self-catering. We would recommend and return.
Property is self catering with lots of amenities very close by. Comfortable, very clean & great location to Leamington Spa town, Jephson gardens & road links. Good value for money.
The host communicated well and even emailed to make sure all was well.
The location was brilliant for local shops, restaurant’s , bars and historic visitor attractions.
The apartment was easy to find and very reasonable parking within a few minutes walk.
Tea coffee sugar and fresh milk all provided.

Stayed in the service apartment which is actually just down the road from the Victoria Park Lodge, which was extremely large, roomy and comfortable. Well decorated with good facilities. Near to centre of Leamington, walking distance approx 10 mins.
Vast selection of choice for breakfast but they could do with having a written menu for guests.

The breakfast was excellent with many options available. Our serviced apartment was big, very comfortable, full of light and with a lot of character. The staff was super kind and helpful. The location was very convenient. close to the town centre and to the railway station. The area was residential, quiet and beautiful. i would definitely recommend this property to anyone who might travel to leamington. Thank you for a lovely stay
Location is very good and only a couple of miles from family. Self catering, so we took our own breakfast. Plenty of cleaning materials provided, comfortable bed & all very clean. Lovely view from window.
