Very modern, nice decor and ample self catering facilities, really spacious, perfect location, comfy bed with really good pillows, WiFi really good! Lovely shower with hot water! Felt very secure!
Greeted at the entrance and booked in immediately. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a self-catering holiday. The location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the high street, beach, and entertainment. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful when required.

The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach and close to the Waterways and several cafes. The town centre was a bit further on, the walk along the seafront was nice and flat.
We really enjoyed our time at Garden Cottage and would recommend it.
Great location, Lovely Caravan was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday with comfy beds.
The caravan is within a short walk to a lovely clean sandy beach with the added bonus of spotting a few seals swimming by.
California Cliffs site was clean and well kept with a good stocked shop.
Room and facilities inside had all the necessary equipment needed for a stay, microwave/ cooker utensils cleaning products etc, would make ideal place for self catering needs close-by beach and main strip people would visit Great Yarmouth for
This property had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, it was self catering so of course I brought the essentials I needed for the trip but it was still well equipped. It was comfortable and everything worked perfectly! The owner was lovely and super helpful and was fast to respond when I needed her.
