Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The location on the sea front was excellent with a view over the sea and the harbour. Facilities were good for self catering. Supermarket was very close by as were a number of restaurants.
Quiet location. Lovely hot shower. Well equipped self-catering kitchen with local supermarket nearby. Shared spaces kept clean and fresh towels frequently changed.
I liked it being self-catering for our accommodation, but there was a bar and restaurant downstairs so we could have breakfast or an evening meal if we felt like it. Parking right outside was excellent too. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely modern apartment with all the amenities you need for self catering. The apartments are in a good location, very peaceful area and not too far from the promenade. Highly recommend!
A new hostel with self-catering and self-check-in. The place is well organised. The host sent all the necessary check-in info well in advance before our arrival despite it being probably the busiest time of the year (TT). Located close to the Promenade, not far from the downtown. You can easily get to most of the island from the nearby bus stops.

Don't expect a lot of the usual hostel vybe
Apart from that it's clean and safe and It's fair enough for a hostel in a city where there's no other hostel

Location - close to railway bus "station" and electric railway
There's a pretty decent kitchen with a lot of stuff
Toilet shower is good
It's clean
Provide towels
Close to amenity shops and a few takeaways
She does respond messages which is good
From seeing the delightful harbour location, and the friendly welcome at reception, the overall experience was a perfect self-catering base for a lovely holiday on the Isle of Man. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Our expectations were well exceeded; and will be recommending waterfront apartments to my friends.
