In fact, it was a very bad stay and we were worried throughout the four days that we stayed in the apartment, as it was not up to the required standard and the location of the building was not safe. My friend was exposed to three suspicious-looking people near the building and they started shouting at my friend. I contacted the booking website about the incident and asked them to cancel our reservation for the next two days. They in turn contacted the property owner and asked for an amount of £138 in exchange for the cancellation. He said that he asked us to pay a deposit of £50 to him directly without The amount we paid to Booking.com and when we left the building, an amount of £20 was deducted from our security deposit, knowing that we left the apartment as it was clean.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. It topped all previous serviced apartments stays. The place was so well equipped for a comfortable stay and super clean. I felt right at home immediately. They've thought of everything - from a cute jar of ear plugs in the bedroom should you need them to all you could need to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. I was never left wanting and will definitely book again should I ever find myself in Coventry again.

If you drive there, there is NCP managed storage car park, access on the ring road, this is a bonus even though you have to pay extra car parking fee (in my case £9.95 for 24 hours). The car park is neighbouring to the property. Basically the property is a serviced apartment but looks like in a big hotel.

Well equipped studio with microwave, toaster, kettle and hob, fridge with small freezer section - perfect for self-catering for few days. Toiletries and washing up equipment provided too. Plenty of easy to access parking, but also very close to train station and supermarket (Aldi) and just a short walk from all the main facilities of the city centre. Despite being so close to station, the area (and building itself) was relatively nice and quiet.

Very clean. Great location for the town centre. I was attending an event at HMV Empire around a 5 minute walk away. Great to have self catering facilities.

Self catering. But the apartment was equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. There's also a microwave, electric cooker is you want to cook. There's also a small fridge to store food. It would be good to have good size pots for cooking.

Inside the flat was really good and everything was as advertised with everything you needed for a comfortable self catering stay. Was very quite, so I could work in peace during the day. Place was within walking distance to where I needed to be, as well as main bus routes. Supermarkets, pubs and takeaway's all very close.
