I booked this property circa 8pm on a Saturday night in September 2024 to stay that night. Shortly after booking and paying £126 for a 1 night stay I received a convoluted message requesting further payments including a £100 deposit to be transferred to a bank account identified in the message. I called the phone number supplied. Only a transfer was acceptable.
That a deposit was required at all was news to me. I felt this was all highly irregular. I requested the relevant IBAN uafter the firm agreed to a reduced £50 deposit. They did not supply it. Ultimately I had to book a 2nd location that night at considerable expense to stay at as the location and access code for the property aim was told would not be supplied unless the deposit was paid. £126 wasted. I have logged the complaint with booking.com and my bank. The entire episode made me very angry. I recommend you stay well away from this property.
