The staffs are very welcome and helpful. We just requested to drop our luggages but then were offered for early check in without being charged.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The property was unstaffed as stated but the use of key safes/fobs/keys made you feel very secure.
The use of a shared kitchen with all the facilities contained within it was perfect for self catering.
The kitchen is shared with another 4 rooms within a secure corridor.
Stayed here a few years ago and came back recently and wow what an improvement you guys have made. Free car park, rooms are very clean and cosy.
Quiet area, room has everything including their own Netflix etc. Staff are very friendly

Beautifully presented, clean with comfortable bed. self catering shared facilities were clean and had cooking equipment if needed. It was good to find an iron and ironing board in the shared kitchen dining area. Placed near city centre with restaurants. This was fine for proximity to the meeting my guest attended

I've had to stay in many self catering apartments in Bradford recently. This one is the best so far for the provision of facilities. There are pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Some may be upset by the lack of tea and coffee or toiletries, but do you really need them? Can't you travel with your own personal choices?
Mo was very good with responding to questions. a great host, who obviously has a very good idea about what a guest needs.
