although the outside of the property isn’t very desirable inside the property was well decorated and clean throughout, and it smelt clean, was also very cosey and warm. Everything was easy to find and was enough space for us all. My children enjoyed there first stay in a hotel.

The deposit has been kept for no valid reason, its a whole £250 and they scammed it by saying the heating was left on and smoking was done in the apartment. When it was done in the sliding door balcony. This is complete fraud. There were no blood stains IMPOSSIBLE when there was stains in the curtains and bedsheet. As mentioned by previous guests. This owner is not legally allowed to rent apartments in ROTUNDA on the 8th floor. So this will be escalated. Along side his 4 other apartments. He falsely made claims which are not true just in order to keep my £250 worth deposit. This will be escalated with lawsuit and with Rotunda.

The location and facilities in the property were good. It is in the city center and malls and train stations can be easily accessed from there. Everything required for a pleasant stay at a service apartment was available and for everything else there was a department store in the ground floor. You are required to pay to park your car, but it is in a safe location.
Location was fine for my specific requirements. Plenty of storage space and well laid out in general. Staff gave clear and helpful information on my arrival. Grocery shopping for self catering available just a couple of minutes away.
Great flat, lots of space and central for the city . Ideal for shopping, easy walking distance to New Street station, lots of eateries in the Chinatown area. Location was excellent, very central to everything. The place is very modern and up to date. Didn't feel like an aparthotel, it almost felt like a home.
It is one of best apart hotels! Excellent! A great location near the New Street train station with stunning views from windows on the beautiful St. Martins church and the Bullring as well as the Rotunda. A very comfortable, excellent bathroom & shower with a wide sink. The beds and sofa bed are remarkable. Very polite staff that got everything done quickly. The kitchenette, fridge and appliances have perfectly suited our needs! We will definitely stay again in this Adagio aparthotel!
