The property was amazing, it is in the heart of Birmingham in the city centre and the views are breathtaking. The host was very exceptional and caring, ensuring our stay was perfect which it was. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to visit Birmingham.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Wonderful members of staff. Amran and Alesio were by far the most welcoming people I have come across in all my years of travel, eager to assist and provide outstanding service throughout my stay. Highly recommend Aparthotel as a result and will be staying there in the future.
The location and facilities in the property were good. It is in the city center and malls and train stations can be easily accessed from there. Everything required for a pleasant stay at a service apartment was available and for everything else there was a department store in the ground floor. You are required to pay to park your car, but it is in a safe location.
Location was fine for my specific requirements. Plenty of storage space and well laid out in general. Staff gave clear and helpful information on my arrival. Grocery shopping for self catering available just a couple of minutes away.
Great flat, lots of space and central for the city . Ideal for shopping, easy walking distance to New Street station, lots of eateries in the Chinatown area. Wifi speed was good, loved having breakfast and coffee on the balcony Fine for self catering as small Tesco express on your doorstep as well as the lively Bullring market. Secure building. The owners were very helpful and charming - communication was excellent
Location was excellent, very central to everything. The place is very modern and up to date. Didn't feel like an aparthotel, it almost felt like a home.
It is one of best apart hotels! Excellent! A great location near the New Street train station with stunning views from windows on the beautiful St. Martins church and the Bullring as well as the Rotunda. A very comfortable, excellent bathroom & shower with a wide sink. The beds and sofa bed are remarkable. Very polite staff that got everything done quickly. The kitchenette, fridge and appliances have perfectly suited our needs! We will definitely stay again in this Adagio aparthotel!
