Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The apartment was very comfortable & clean. It was self catering so breakfast etc was not relevant. Unfortunately we had not received an email with the codes etc but a representative, Rebecca of Little Feather Management assisted us when we contacted her by phone, which was most helpful, as otherwise we would have been quite stuck.
Lovely apartment close to Belfast City centre in a quiet area.Very comfortable,clean and with all amenities for self catering, highly recommend for a stay in Belfast.
Self-service apartment, all instructions were passed by online message, which was ok, if a bit impersonal. The rooms are fine, with one of the two bedrooms on a small side. Kitchen well equipped with necessary equipment.
The historic building is very well renovated, My room and the kitchen facility was very clean. This is a hotel / self catering accommodation. Everything you need for breakfast is available in the kitchen to prepare yourself.
Self catering with hotel services, quiet separate area of hotel. Great location, near supermarket, eateries, hop on Hop off bus.
