Delightful ground floor, self-catering apartment with two bedrooms and a high standard of furniture and furnishings. Clean and well presented. Awesome outlook/scenery and location.
The flat was beautiful I loved staying here. Has everything you would ever need for self catering. Also some personal touches eg. Tampons. Right near Hawkshead where there is a COOP which was very handy. The hob and pans were brilliant. The sofa was very comfy a recliner also charging ports for your phones. The host has gone above and beyond and I am so grateful for that. Had a fantastic holiday and loved staying here.

The location was excellent with offroad parking,the accommodation was spacious warm and welcoming with plenty of utensils for self catering and the dishwasher was great ,2 bathrooms was a plus for four adults ,beds were comfortable and the property was set back from the main road no noise of passing traffic.
Excellent location, easy 20 minute walk into Ambleside or 5 minutes to the pier at Waterhead. Big thumbs up for free laundry facilities. Super clean room and very comfy bed. Very friendly staff. We wanted a self catering hotel room and this fit the bill perfectly.
