Location is not top notch, but not bad either. The area outside of the train station (which you will may use if arriving to the city by train, as I did) felt quite sketchy at times. You are a 15 minute walk from a metro station that can move you around, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction gets you to a mall with some great spaces, restaurants and shops. Here, the riverside is also lovely and perfect for a walk. The entire hotel seems well maintained, relatively new, and quite spacious. There are two buildings, with an inner courtyard. The lobby is nice. There are some paid services like laundry, which I used and was super convenient. As for my room: good wifi, stable and decently fast. Good room insulation to both temperature and noise, the latter very important because my room was in front of a school's courtyard.
