It is situated 15 minute walk from the old town which is lovely. Don’t let the fact it is a Senior residence put you off. Staff and residents very friendly.

We loved everything about the apartment. So much so we have booked to stay again next year. It was spacious and comfortable and perfect for self-catering for lunch and our evening meal. We loved the private balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection at the adjoining hotel was good. We would go down in the lift to the car park, walk past a few cars and then up another lift which brings you out in the Best Western foyer. (Or you could exit by a side entrance down a few stairs and out onto the street). After registration you drive down the rear of the building. The parking is shared with the hotel and private residents and has allocated slots. There is a free-standing intercom press and after giving your surname and apartment number to reception they will automatically open the electric door. That is only needed for entry. To exit the car park there is a 4 digit code to punch in. There is different code given at registration to enter the apartments from the pedestrian doorway in the street. Very straightforward once we understood the system! The apartment is perfectly placed being only a few minutes from both the medieval old town, which is beautiful and the harbour. We were also able to comfortably drive to the coast. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in Crouesty before in an apartment but nothing like the space, quality and facilities of this one. Inclusive access to the pool and spa pool in the hotel made the end of the day relaxation so much better. The apartments are situated just of the marina quayside, just a short walk from the range of restaurants and bars. A great setting. parking in Crouesty can be a problem but the included underground secure parking meant that it was not a problem.

Superb apartments in a fantastic location, so well placed to explore Morbihan. Marina and boat trips and the hub of the harbour just a 5 min walk away, as was the beach, and lovely restaurants. Reception staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Quiet location, excellent pool which we often had to ourselves, and was never too busy. Clean and well maintained property and gardens, couldn't recommend it highly enough. We had wonderfully relaxing holiday here.

This property has everything you need for a self catering holiday (even a supermarket across the road) very well located for the visit to Vannes and also venturing further afield,security to enter the complex is very good so you know that your vehicle is safe also....very peaceful apartment with afternoon sun on the balcony.
Historical apartment with parking in the old town. Large living space and good facilities for self catering. The Bed was comfortable, and as shown in the pictures, is placed under the eaves. Easy walking distance to restsurants and digits in the old town. Was great to have a washer and dryer.
