Very friendly staff, really helped.me out to get a family room which was a suite...enormous!!
My biggest issue everywhere is the pillow. Here I got two, one hard and one soft, perfect!
All rooms were huge, clean, and quiet. The breakfast had all necessary thing and the croissants were AMAZING!!
Public parking was less than 100m away with cameras etc. Location wise it was in the city centre. Perfect!

Decent size. Nice view in a typical French small town street. Good ac in the main room. New sponge in the sink and dish soap. Not too far from city center. Quiet neighborhood, street and building

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The Apartment Hotel was well located within a short walk of the historic centre of Valence with its attractive streets, squares, bars and restaurants. The room had few frills but contained everything that we needed for our stay. It was great to have a car park on site.
Very nice, simple Apartment Hotel. Clean with all you need. Well thought out and designed. Breakfast is a basket in the room which you get to pick out / personalise. Staff is lovely - best to reach them by message
