Absolutely amazing room with a spectacular view and a great location. Very good breakfast and accommodations. Traveled by car and the staff was very helpful in advising me about the parking and even validated the parking ticket to get a discount.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in May. We loved how quiet it was at that time and how clean everything was. The building was central to the town center and the grocery store connected was very convenient. Above everything, the swimming pool and sauna were amazing.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Good location with parking. Good Patisserie nearby for morning breakfast baguettes. Close to Supermarkets and Lake Annecy. Free public bus into Annecy Town. Apartment well equipped for self catering. The local concierges were very good.
The hostess was very friendly and helpful, made us immediately feel at home. Advised us where we could access the lake to swim. Studio was a good size with all the self catering kit needed. 2 min walk to the lake. 10 min walk to supermarket.
