We didn’t like much about the property. It was close to the football stadium which is good if you’re attending a game, but if you’re looking to explore the city and surrounding then you’re in a difficult location. You’ll have to ride a bus to get anywhere and they only come every 20 minutes. Then another tram to get to the city. There is a convenience store walking distance, good for groceries but don’t bother with their cooked foods.

Staff was outstanding, very helpful. The location was just across the bridge from old town Nantes and walkable to where we intended to visit. There is a grocery store and a bakery that serves more than baked good if you arrive hungry. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

Would really recommend this property for anyone visiting Nantes. It is located right beside the castle, walking distance from everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and the apartment had everything you would need to enjoy a self catering visit to France.
Good Location. And it is an Apartment Hotel. So there is a little kitchen in the room with all you need to cook yourself something or make a coffee or tea, which is good for a longer stay.
You definitely could not ask for a better location. This apartment hotel was in the center of absolutely everything. Walk One Direction you get restaurants walk another direction you get museums and the castle. The location was perfect and the room was exceedingly large with a separate kitchen and area where I could do my work, and at all the things necessary for cooking when I wanted to and going out when I did not and the price to value ratio was fantastic

We didn't sample breakfast as these are self catering accommodation. Staff spoke English. Early check in.
Good location very close to the castle and city center, room was comfortable with a sofa-bed for the extra person, big table in the middle, spacious, decent mini-kitchen for self-catering.
