During our stay my friend came off his bike and was in hospital for 4 nights. During that time I had to drive to see him, phone to organise his return after I left and various other things. The staff were exception. They went above and beyond! Before I left I had requested an extra week for my friend, they rearranged other guests to enable him to return to the same room where all his belongings were safely stored. I felt he would be supported there if he needed any help which was great for my peace of mind as I had to return on my previously booked flight as I did not have the same amount of holiday leave.

Beautiful place to stay, we had an apartment with a kitchenette and a balcony with a view of the mountains.Shops,restaurants nearby.I would recommend it.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Great location, very central with all shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Both the Pleney and Super Morzine lift are really close by, which was handy. The accommodation was very spacious, clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a large fridge freezer and all the facilities you need for self catering. Great comms with the host. Hot tub a bonus!
Charlotte was exceptionally helpful, booking transfers, advising on things to do and generally being available for all questions. The location is excellent, close to cable cars and the bars and restaurants. Chalet facilities were good. Everything we needed for self-catering and plenty of space. There is a gym attached you can sign up for the week. All facilities clean and tidy. A nice garden area with picnic benches, deckchairs and BBQ’s and a bike wash.
Convenient location to ski lifts, approx 10 minute walk to Le Pleney and Super Morzine and a supermarket nearby. We were a group of 2 couples from the pictures we could see it would be small, but it was perfect for us. We were at the slopes for the majority of the time. There were lots of little touches such as teabags and coffee other condiments for self catering which was welcomed. Modern decor. Gerard was very friendly and helped us with self check in due to flight delays. Would stay again.
Nicely renovated apartment in a fantastic location for Morzine centre. The furnishing, kitchen and bathroom are really tastefully decorated and nice quality. The apartment had everything you need for simple self catering. The shared pool is a brilliant addition for hot summer days.
