Not my first time in Metz or this particular Odalys. The location is great, the rooms are simple and yet very thoughtfully organized and well maintained. Highly recommended for those traveling on a budget but not ready to compromise on cleanliness, convenience, or a central location. A perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers who still value comfort and practicality.
The Metz-Lorraine residence is located in the heart of the city, in the new amphitheater quarter, 0.6 mi from Parc de la Seille and 1312 feet from Metz Train Station.

The breakfast was very fresh, French style (baguette, croissant etc.), delivered in a basket at the specified time. The room was nice, in wooden style, the air is nice and fresh as it is chalet style in the forrest. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It's very close to all the activities in Amneville.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). So much space, futon couch allowed for a second bed, big kitchen with everything, big windows, comfy beds and good size bathroom. Clean, modern and home-like.
A late booking when my previous hotel announced they no longer had cycle parking. This hotel had basic cooking facilities and most of what you needed in a self catering room. The location is very convenient near the station and city centre.
