The property was in a quiet area, but near everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, good shower and super comfortable bed with lovely quality bedding.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Clean with great facilities. A good kitchen with enough appliances for you to be self sufficient food wise. A small supermarket across the street is a bonus. A small table and two chairs makes self catering complete.
Entering the property is easy, just follow the codes and instructions that are supplied. We arrived earlier than the check in time and was greeted by a lovely young woman who was just completing our room and she let us in.
The property is just 5min walk to the railway station and about 20min to the centre of Limoges.

Exceptional accommodation, immaculate and clean. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Any questions Alphino dealt with immediately (not that we had any just asking for a taxi number) We would highly recommend this property. 5,*******
The most beautiful and charming boutique apartment hotel we have stayed in for a long time . Rooms were spacious and well equipped and the dining room , lounge , hall etc were beautifully decorated . And only a short easy stroll down to the charming centre of Limoges. This was like staying in a ‘friends’ grand Maison ! The owner was so friendly and helpful - Superb.
Excellent location within walking distance to city in an old renovated town house with access to a lounge, a conservatory and private patio. Room very spacious and comfortable. Recently renovated so equipment in good order. Automatic keycode access very easy. Private parking on site, 8€ a night. Best hotel/aparthotel carpark we've had to navigate, spacious.
Modern interior, well renovated 19th Century house, well-situated above the old part of Limoges. One of the best Apart Hotel experiences I have had, with a fully automated, well thought through room access system - I never saw anyone. It was large, comfortable, hassle- free. Copious street parking.
