From the moment I booked the staff at AU30 were exceptional. I booked a night stay for my partners 30th Birthday, the staff were attentive, kind and friendly. All staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have not one single thing I would change in regards to our stay or the staff. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the jacuzzi was crystal clear. Thank you to all staff at AU30. We had an amazing stay and would stay again without hesitation. The location was perfect, 15 minutes walk into the centre to the Christmas market and all restaurants. Everything was local and a 13 minutes walk into walk from the Eurostar station. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The concept of apartments rented out in a retirement village was interesting but really lovely, so quiet and a gorgeous clean new building. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfy beds. Perfect for families. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Originally our 2 daughters shared the double bed in the second bedroom, but it got very warm in there with the 2 girls sharing so one daughter slept on the bed settee instead.(Unfortunately there wasn't a window you could open to the outside in the second bedroom ). Everything was very clean. Very convenient location for the city. Good communication with Antoine.
Adagio Aparthotel is set back from the road, so no rooms are noisy. The reception area and staff are very pleasant. Excellent breakfast is available for extra charge. Good security. Useful to have a kitchenette.
Enjoyed a few days at Aparthotel Adagio Lille Grand Place. The hotel surpassed my expectations, is very well located with friendly staff, great facilities (laundry and fitness), and competitively priced.
Quietness of the surroundings and the accommodation was only a short walk from the Eurostar station. Also easy to get into old Lille. Mag organised breakfasts for us which were excellent quality and value for money. She also recommended a very local restaurant which was very welcoming and produced fantastic quality food. The room was spotless and there was plenty of equipment if you wanted to self-catering. Excellent value for money.
The aparthotel was in a brilliant location, walking distance from everything even EuroLille station. Amazing patisserie just around the corner, restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely and clean. Big enough for a family of four. Quiet and not a sound from other rooms, couldn't hear anything! Staff were friendly and helpful.
