The apartment was extremely well-located, exceptionally clean and very, very comfortable. Although on the smaller size (by some U.S. standards) it was cozy and comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was a bit narrow, but was absolutely fine for our short stay as we enjoyed most meals at restaurants...it's Paris! Coffee in the morning, and wine and snacks later in the day were all that we needed. Other reviews mentioned excessive street / cafe noise, but we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary - as in any vibrant city, we expect (and enjoy) the energy of the neighborhood. The bedrooms were solid: not a lot of storage space, but enough for a short stay. The beds were very, very comfortable and the linens were perfect. The living room / dining area combo was comfortable, light-filled and had lovely views of the street, stores and cafes.

These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Modern aparthotel tucked away in a new suburb of Ivry. Secure underground parking. Supermarket close by. Restaurant choices are very close or just a short walk away. Good size room and all clean and tidy. Good choice at breakfast. In room facilities mean that for a longer stay you are not reliant on restaurants. Fast wifi.
Excellent public traffic connection: Apartment hotel is a 8 Min Walk from Metro staton Porte Choisy, in front of Hotel 30 seconds walk is a tram station. Very cleaned hotel . Vending machines, little small gymnastic room. Rooms - over the average size in Paris, Breakfast buffet , On top : the whole reception is very friendly and speaks english - outstanding great is the "asian looking male receptionist - he has such a great welcoming, positivie energy and is very very helpful and friendly" ,
The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.

I didn't take the breakfast..at 15 euros( price of breakfast)I can buy a lot for 2 delicious breakfast at the local bakery and grocery..I saw what their " buffet" looked like and wasn't very impressed..the "plus" in that aparthotel: 24h/ security,rather calm ,friendly staff ,especially the cleaning staff who work VERY HARD,the bathroom is spacious..close to transit: bus..RER Station is 5 mn walk..Paris Metro is 5 mn with nearby bus..groceries nearby..
It was economical for an apartment hotel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchenette was sufficient for having breakfast in room. We were sufficiently happy with our stay until the fiasco with the deposit (see below).
Location excellent. About 5 minutes from RER station and 1 minute from supermarket. Yet quiet and peaceful. Well equipped for self-catering and comfortable. Underground parking excellent although a bit tight if you have a big car.
