Extremely memorable and pleasant stay at a Champagne House an exceptional first for us!
When we were planning a trip to Paris, we wanted to add on a stop elsewhere in France that had magic, history, unique accommodation, and of course great champagne.
We landed in Epernay with a four-night stay at the Les Suites du 33 Located on the grounds of the de Venoge Champagne House with four guest rooms in one building, one of which had a ground floor terrace which was our home for four nights. The staff were welcoming, gracious, professional, and kind. Our accommodation was first rate with a modern bedroom and bathroom. Best of all was a supply of champagne a few steps away in addition to the complementary bottle provided on check in. Breakfast was simple, but the service was always exceptional.
The champagne house is located on the Avenue de Champayne in Epernay and was both a historic location but provided a great base to explore both the Avenue and with a short drive the surrounding vineyards.
The stay will remain a memory of a lifetime due to its unique location, the history and elegance of the grounds of de Venoge Champagne House.

Room service breakfast, all that we needed. Nice large apartment, great after being stuck in a poky hotel room. Lovely and quite. Took the tram into Reims easier than driving, nearest stop only 300m from back door.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Baptiste is extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in his home. Parking outside the property, excellent location, everything you could want & need was provided and so much more. Excellent self-catering accommodation, though we ate out for every meal. From breakfast to dinner, everything less than 5 minute walk.
Good fridge to allow self catering. Host gave good advice on nearest petrol stations, best restaurants, places to visit. Corrected faulty wifi as soon as possible.
Easy to collect keys, great explanation. Superb location right on the main street. Quiet location but then it was March, not summer. Parking is available nearby. There are mini markets and best of all, you're staying above a cheese shop! There's also a brilliant patisserie two doors down and a fantastic local produce market that's open on Saturdays. Very nice furnishings inside with enough kitchen equipment to do self-catering.
I only needed a single room for one night
But the place is great for people who appreciate a full-size kitchen for self catering.
