Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Nicholas was a wonderful host and explained everything to us thoroughly even though there was a language barrier we made it work with the help of google translate. Nicholas made it clear to us that the water in the hot tub was changed with every new guest which I thing is above and beyond. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless. We loved it so much we didn't even go out for dinner and we ended up getting a pizza delivered from one of Nicholas' recommended restaurants which we also had a discount for staying at Ospaloft. Nicholas was also kind enough to let us check in a little early which was wonderful as we'd been driving all day and we were keen to have a relax. We will definitely return if we are ever in Arras again. I cannot recommend enough.

The location. Nicely modernised. Excellent hand held speed shower as well as over head shower if desired. Tea/coffee making/cooking facilities and fridge with Carrefour mini market store very close. Went to recommendable fairly unfussy restaurant Grill 31 (no alcohol) nearby. Middle Eastern cuisine. A rooftop 2nd floor room. A bit of shock though to look down on a neighbouring primary school classroom at work at 8am - but we were in no way disturbed by the school.
