This apartment exceeds our expectation. Great location, roomy, clean, new, free underground garage has everything we need, friendly and helpful receptionist. We love everything about this place. Definitely we will stay here again. And the price is very very reasonable.

Excellent location! We were able to walk to all restaurants and shops. You are in the heart of Chamonix, just one block from the beautiful Saint Michel church which is also the location for the tourist center. We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious two story unit with views of the mountain from the back deck, modern kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. The reception staff were very helpful and recommended local favorite restaurants and assisted with our luggage transfers while we were in route to hike Mont Blanc. The hotel offers complimentary cruiser bikes. We did not partake in breakfast at the location so cannot comment on the food or service. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

I was looking to rent an electric wheelchair , I asked many pharmacies, and the receptionist called chamonix Hospital. Unfortunately, we couldn't find one, it is a good idea if the hotel can suggest this need to the chamonix Hospital.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the tourist center of Megève, just a 15-20 minute walk away. The views were stunning, and the spacious terrace was a real highlight. Although the terrace and apartment face the main road, the sound insulation was excellent, so noise wasn’t an issue for us.
The kitchen was well-equipped and included a generously sized refrigerator, which made cooking convenient. We also appreciated the private indoor parking space, accessible via an elevator from the first floor, making it easy to come and go.
We visited during the off-season in mid-September, so many amenities we were excited to enjoy were unavailable. However, the property owner kindly offered us a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

Good location. Able to walk to town centre in 20mins, Aiguille du Midi cable car in 25 mins and Mer de Glace station in 10 mins.
The appartement is well situated and nicely furnished. We could use all the hotel services - including the lovely SPA - and even got offered a bottle of wine in the apartment. We could also leave our car in the garage even after checking out. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Although we didn't come with children we noticed the great play area at the reception space.
Excellent location, really close to the aiguille du midi station, about 7 mins walk from centre and about 3 mins to cham sud bus station. It had all the bits and pieces needed for self catering... although we can't resist cool cats and Poco locos for food!
The staff at Chamonix resort who managed the booking were super helpful and friendly, really appreciated the What's app messages before and during our stay. Clearly they all understand excellent customer service.
