It’s my 4th time in Cannes and it was my best stay!! The staff, the location was awesome. It’s close to palais and the neighborhood is great!! I would recommend to everyone. It’s a great home, very sweet 2 bedroom apartment. It has a small kitchen, complementary coffee and it was really clean. I’ll definitely stay here when I visit Cannes.

Beautiful recent renovation, secure and quiet. Wonderful private gardens and shared pool area. Convenient to Cannes but just outside of the main shopping area so it is not noisy outside. Fabulous concierge! Pascal was incredibly kind, thoughtful and efficient. He really made my stay a delight - great restaurant recommendations, so helpful with my ridiculously heavy baggage, kindly allowing late check out. The room was perfect for cooking meals - well equipped mini kitchen, fridge, stovetop, microwave and excellent *stainless steel* water kettle (so you don't boil water in plastic.) Loads of towels, lovely view over the rooftops and amazingly quiet despite being in center of town. Has an elevator. Walkable to everything, few minutes walk to train station, market etc. Location, location, location. No, it's not the Carlton but the price is right and Pascal is a superstar!
