This was a perfect place for my 8-day stay in July 2024: a view of the ocean, a small balcony, a kitchenette with all you may need and free parking, All beaches, shops and restaurants nearby, and only a few kilometers from the airport. But perhaps the greatest asset was the very friendly staff of the motel,, particularly Virginie who helped me to navigate trips to the last 3 stages of the Tour de France as well as two Olympic footbal matches (in Marseilles and Nice). Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
It was self catering which suited us as there was a market every day about 5 minutes from apt so you could get everything fresh. There is also plenty of restaurants nearby. The lady was very accommodating as she let us use the apt until afternoon as our flight was later in the evening.
The location was perfect as you could see the sea from our window and there was beautiful walks and beach nearby.
Excellently presented 2 bedroom property (sleeps 4) with all of the facilities required in a self catering apartment. The location is excellent near the coast with lots of restaurants within a very short walk as well as the Picasso museum and marina.
It was self catering which as a family is economical for us. The kids enjoyed the pool when they used it and they also enjoyed the gym. It was a 5 minute walk to the Azur Arena.
The staff were friendly and helpful, we were given a self catering studio whereas I thought we had booked a twin room for my son and me. The facilities had everything expected but it appeared that a phased refurbishment was underway. The hotel was quite a way out and bar prices were expensive.
I have stayed at this hotel many times because it is so well located for the buses, trains and beaches. The appartments are functional with everything you need for a self catering holiday. THe staff are always approachable and friendly.
Basic but fully functional self catering studio. Good location - 5 minute walk to train station and a further 10 to the lovely old town. Great value in September where room price is half that of May/June. Spectacular rooftop pool giving amazing view of harbour & old town as well as a vista of the Cote d’Azur all the way to Nice with the (pre) Alps looming behind
We enjoyed the house, traditional but well equiped (dishwasher, washing machine etc). Spaceful enough for family with 2 or 3 children with home-like atmosphere. We appreciated the garden, parking and possibity to taste tradional house renovated with respect to history of the place.
